WHAT ABOUT DETAILED PALILULA REGULATION PLAN?

On the Fourth meeting of Palilula Assembly that was organized on December 17 in NKC the councilors, on the very beginning of the meeting, started the initiative to put into agenda of the first next meeting of Nis City Assembly the discussion of the Plan of detailed regulation of Palilula – first phase that from not known reasons was put off the agenda from the last meeting of `City parliament`. About the significance of this initiative many councilors spoke, head of Municipal administration, but also president Dzunic who emphasized that for the further development of Palilula Municipality it is necessary to have bigger understanding and City support and decentralization of local authorities. It was unanimously concluded that consideration of this Plan – first phase at the Nis City Assembly meeting will be done with the same text that went through public hearing –debate and where positive opinion was given of Palilula Municipality.

Palilula Municipal Assembly presided by Milos Stojkovic, after the adoption of Minutes of the third meeting, discussed the proposal of Decision on changes and amendments of the Decision of the budget of Palilula Municipality for 2012 and proposal of the Decision on the Budget of Palilula Municipality for 2013. After introductory report of Ivan Dragisic, chief of the Finance –estate –legal and communal affairs department, who explained the proposed documents and discussions, mostly from opposition side councilors, proposed decisions on the budget were adopted with the majority of votes.

In the counting part of the Assembly meeting the initiative of citizens were considered and were given answers to councilors issues that took into account current matters of functioning of city transport and communal infrastructure in Pasi Poljana village.
